My hard drive does not appear in My Computer.If the hard drive is new, it should be partitioned and formatted in Windows Disk Management, then it should appear in My Computer.
My hard drive is sporadically ejected from Windows or the data transfer stops.Ensure that your USB or eSATA uses the latest firmware and driver. If the problem is not resolved, please downlowd the latest firmware for the docking station from the Sharkoon homepage.
My internal hard drive is not detected in the USB docking station.Please check whether this is a hard drive with 4K sector size. These hard drives are often translated differently from the USB chipset. It may be that formatted hard drive is not recognized in the docking station. Backup your data internally, partition and format the hard drive in the docking station. Then it can be used normally.
