Polished to a Mirror Finish
With a front panel finish of metallic gloss automotive paint, the AM5 Window Midi ATX Tower from Sharkoon is an absolute eye-catcher in every gaming garage. The transparent acrylic side panel lets everyone always admire everything under the hood of the robust case. A convenient LED fan provides an atmospheric illumination level in the color versions red, blue or white. The AM5 does not just have plenty of showroom for the installed motor but also has clever solutions, allowing the connected cabling to disappear from the field of vision.

Simpler Installation Thanks to Practical Case Construction
The AM5 employs a sophisticated cable management system with numerous cable pass-throughs. The entire cabling can be routed and hidden behind the mainboard without affecting airflow. There is sufficient space inside the tunnel, on the case bottom, for a power supply with a maximum length of 20.5 cm. Here, the power supply cabling can also be hidden from view. The tunnel itself has air vents on its top and side for optimum cooling of hard drives. A new CPU cooler with a maximum height of 16.7 cm can be easily installed through an opening in the mainboard tray. Of course, there is still enough room for graphics cards up to 40 cm in length. The front panel is not only visually dominant, but is also clever and cableless designed, being always removable without cables getting in the way. Detachable dust filters in the front and case bottom, and a magnetically fastened dust filter on the top panel, protects the PC from contamination.

Plenty of Space for Hard Drives
There is plenty of room to install hard drives: Up to two 3.5" hard drives or 2.5" HDDs/SSDs can be mounted into the HDD cage, which is screwed tightly to the top of the tunnel. Another 3.5" hard drive finds space on the bottom of the tunnel below. Behind the mainboard tray, there is space for two additional 2.5" HDDs/SSDs, mounted with the help of the two 2.5" drive bay trays and secured using the enclosed thumbscrews. If necessary, the HDD case can be positioned right up to the fans in the front panel, using the convenient thumbscrews and oval hole cutouts.

Optimum Component Cooling
In order to ensure optimal airflow, the front panel has numerous air vents on both its sides. A 140 mm fan comes pre-installed behind the front panel, with the possibility to install an additional 140 mm fan. Alternatively, either up to three 120 mm fans, a 280 mm or 360 mm radiator (all of which with a maximum height of 5.5 cm) can be installed. A 120 mm LED fan comes pre-installed on the rear panel with the suitable illumination; or, if preferred, this can be replaced with a 120 mm radiator. Up to three 120 mm fans, or two 140 mm fans, can be attached to the top panel of the case. All fans and radiators can be perfectly positioned thanks to the oval hole cutouts.

Quick Access to Peripherals
So that nothing gets in the way of the stylish front, the audio connectors for both the microphone and headphones as well as two USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 interfaces are located on the edge of the top panel. The USB 3.0 ports are connected via a 19-pin mainboard connector.
